     I don't blame you. You're thinking, "Come on . . . how can karate and martial arts teach wholesome values?" Well, I'm here to tell you, in more ways than you can even begin to imagine.

     My name is John Cantin, father of two beautiful girls. I'm also the owner of the oldest established martial arts school in the area, "AKF Martial Arts Academy" -- right here in Crystal Lake

     For over 15 years, I've been nurturing children like yours with character building tools found only in the martial arts. No other sport can match them. In the next few pages, I'm going to tell you how you and your child can sample all of this, and more. All at no charge.
